I just commented on the yahoo group that I didn't think you really cut your hair 'cause the color was so different...but maybe you dyed it as well? That didn't occur to me originally. Anyhow, I've always admired women who can carry off short hair, I don't think I can, though ;-)
Yes I did dye it as well. The first short hair pic in the yahoo group is still red though it's hard to tell with the lighting. ;) I think I look better with long hair, but I wanted to cut it anyway. The glasses are new too btw.
you look all demure and seductive in the long hair pic. But the short ones look all strong-intelligent-womanish, so thats good too. I like your glasses.

How long have you lived in Texas? I had hair about that length when we moved here - then cut it two weeks later. It's too HOT and HUMID here LOL :)
hey, if we ever visit mom at the same time again, you should wear your glasses while I wear my contacts and then people will REALLY be confused about which of us is which!

I've been meaning to come by and thank you for all of the sweet comments you've made on our blog... but, especially the most recent one with the quotes from "the Prophet". I have read the book and loved so many insights from it... and I really appreciated hearing that part on sorrow. Thank you for sharing it with me! I think I like your hair better a little longer. It's more flattering to your face. That's not to say you look bad with short hair, I just like it longer better. You look good both ways. :o)
Rhea- Yeah I was aware that my hair looks better long before I cut it, but I wanted to do it anyway before it was an old-lady haircut. ;)
Cute! I chopped my hair off recently and I'm loving it! I know I'll get nostalgic and grow it out again someday but frankly I've got better things to do at this point in life than fiddle with my hairstyle.
